Welcome to this Customer Service learning programme that will give you a greater understanding of applying basic customer service skills. As you work through the learning programme you will gain competence in your ability to apply customer service. This learning programme is intended for all persons who need to apply the basic skills of customer service. This learning programme provides a broad introduction to customer services and includes both internal and external customers. The focus is knowledge, skills, values and attitudes concerning the learner’s context and experience of the world of work.
